• I’m an Internal Audit Manager—analytical, data-driven, and practiced in navigating tough conversations. And yet, what comes most naturally to me as a coach is being deeply human, present, and non-judgmental.
• Nothing grounds me more than a morning run, a long hike, or a coaching session full of ambiguity and emotion.
• I’m raising a toddler and cheering on my Ironman husband—my favorite people in the whole world.
• I have two cats I adore and grew up surrounded by dogs in the countryside—my heart is full, with plenty of love for both.
